I recently had a Daikin Mini Split heat pump
installed by Advanced Filter and Mechanical and was very
impressed by the customer service and installation skills of
the guys from the company.
The installer from Advanced Filter was
friendly and very informative during the entire process,
beginning with his first visit at my home to chose the
appropriate heat pump and give his estimate of costs.
Although he did not give the lowest bid of the three I
obtained,
Advanced Filter maintained contact with me through the
process. We met again before my decision was made and
because of his attention to detail, availability and the
company’s positive rating from the Better Business Bureau,
was able to close the deal.
The electrician and technicians
professionalism was greatly appreciated during the
installation process and their job was completed in less
than a day.
I love my new heating system, and am amazed
at the way my entire house feels warm and cozy. I have
noticed the temperature is equal throughout the house in all
three bedrooms, from one end of the house to the other. I
would not hesitate to recommend this heating system to
others, as well as the services of
Advanced Filter and
their team!

I called you in late November
after two power outages. I promised to email you, then lost
your email address. Sorry it has taken so long to get back
to you but I finally found it.
I purchased a 14kw Generac generator and panel from you in
the spring of 2009 to install in my new very rural home. It
has faithfully come on every Wednesday at noon and run for
ten minutes doing its scheduled testing. I wondered,
however, what it would do when the power really went out.
Then twice within two weeks, it was put to the test.
On a very stormy November night, our lights flickered and
then everything went out. I sat in the dark and counted the
seven second delay. Then, I heard it start. What a
wonderful sound and feeling as the house came back up to
speed.
In the morning, we had a foot of snow with two foot drifts
in some places, but our home was warm and cozy. After 24
hours, the power came back on and the generator
automatically shut off. How great is that!
